9. Travel Insurance

Golden Trails India strongly recommends that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before commencing their journey.

Travel insurance should, where appropriate, provide coverage for circumstances such as medical expenses, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss or delay, personal liability, and other travel-related risks.

Travelers are responsible for selecting insurance appropriate to their individual circumstances and itinerary.

12. Limitation of Liability

Golden Trails India will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in a confirmed booking. However, we shall not be liable for circumstances that arise from events beyond our reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Travelers participate in travel activities at their own responsibility and should take reasonable precautions appropriate to their circumstances.

13. Force Majeure

Golden Trails India shall not be considered in breach of its obligations where performance is prevented, delayed, or materially affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, epidemics or pandemics, political unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, road closures, or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

Where such circumstances occur, Golden Trails India will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and, where possible, identify suitable alternatives.

Any additional costs arising from such circumstances may be payable by the traveler where they are not covered by the original booking or by the applicable supplier’s terms.
